Privacy Policy

We will never share any of your information and only use it to fulfill the transaction. We will only use your shipping, billing address, and contact information for:
  • Communicating with you about your order
  • Send info on sales and updates (if you signed up for the newsletter)
  • Fulfilling your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

Return Policy

Each item is custom made to order and may not be returned. However, your happiness is very important to us and we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and customer service.  Please let us know if you have any issues with your order within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange for your item to be replaced. Personalized items can not be returned unless we have made an error in which case we will re-create your item right away.

Shipping/Processing

The Processing time (the time it takes to build the piece) is different depending on what you ordered:
  • Most items will be shipped within 5 days of purchase
  • Fundraiser items will be shipped within 48 hours
  • You will be notified by email if your order cannot be fulfilled within 5 days
We ship all of our packages via USPS to anywhere in the world. If you do not see your country listed please contact us and we can add it for you. Packages are shipped First Class with an option to upgrade to Priority Mail. If you need faster service please contact us before you make your purchase. When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you need more information after your package ships, please contact us as we have access to more detailed shipping history from our end.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.
